1. About ELSReplicaForum

ELSReplicaForum is a community platform created for people interested in leather jackets, replica and screen-inspired clothing, costumes, cosplay, film and television outfits, fashion, craftsmanship, collecting, customization, and related subjects.

• Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, or similar technologies to collect Forum content without our permission.
• Use the Forum primarily to distribute unsolicited advertisements or promotional messages.
• Violate another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that, in our judgment, negatively affect the Forum or its members, even when the content does not fall neatly into one of the examples above.

5. Discussions and Opinions

ELSReplicaForum contains content created by members and other users.

A member's post, comment, review, recommendation, opinion, or statement represents that member's own views and does not necessarily represent the views of ELSReplicaForum or Excellent Leather Shop.

We do not guarantee that information posted by members is accurate, complete, current, or reliable.

Members should use their own judgment before relying on information, recommendations, measurements, product claims, seller claims, or other advice posted on the Forum.

6. User Content

You may be able to submit or post text, photographs, videos, graphics, links, reviews, comments, designs, and other materials ("User Content") through the Forum.

You remain responsible for the User Content you submit.

By posting User Content, you represent that:

1. You own the content or have the necessary rights and permissions to post it.
2. Your content does not knowingly violate another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
3. Your content does not violate these Terms or applicable law.

You retain ownership of any intellectual-property rights you have in your User Content.

By submitting User Content to ELSReplicaForum, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, format, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and promote ELSReplicaForum. This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to ELSReplicaForum.

We may remove, edit, restrict, or disable access to User Content when we believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, or the interests and safety of the Forum or its members.

7. Photos and Showcase Content

Members may use ELSReplicaForum to showcase jackets, costumes, props, custom work, collections, projects, and other creations.

If you upload photographs or other media, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights or permission to share them.

Do not upload photographs containing another person's private information or images that you are not authorized to distribute.

If you believe content posted on the Forum infringes your copyright or other rights, please contact us so that we can review the matter.

8. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Unsolicited advertising, repetitive promotional posts, spam, referral-code campaigns, misleading promotions, and attempts to redirect members away from the Forum for commercial purposes may be removed.

We may establish specific rules for vendors, businesses, marketplace listings, sponsored content, or other commercial activity.

11. Marketplace and Classifieds

If ELSReplicaForum provides marketplace or classified sections, those areas may be subject to additional rules.

ELSReplicaForum does not automatically verify the identity, reputation, products, services, claims, or reliability of every buyer or seller.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, transactions between members are conducted at the members' own risk.

ELSReplicaForum is not a party to transactions between members and does not guarantee that a buyer or seller will complete a transaction.

Members must not use marketplace or classified areas for fraud, deception, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, prohibited items, or other unlawful activity.

We reserve the right to remove listings or restrict marketplace access when necessary to protect the community.

Members may post links to third-party websites where permitted by the Forum rules.

ELSReplicaForum does not control third-party websites and does not necessarily endorse their content, products, services, policies, or practices.

You access third-party websites at your own risk and should review their applicable terms and privacy policies.

13. Moderation

ELSReplicaForum may use administrators, moderators, or other authorized personnel to help maintain the Forum.

Moderators may edit, move, close, hide, or remove posts and may issue warnings, restrictions, suspensions, or bans when they believe action is necessary.

Moderation decisions may consider the context, history, intent, severity, and potential impact of conduct.

Moderators may not always be able to respond to every report or explain every moderation decision.

We may appoint, remove, or change moderators at any time.

14. Warnings, Suspensions, and Bans

We may warn, suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate an account if we believe a member has:

• Violated these Terms or Forum rules;
• Repeatedly disrupted the community;
• Engaged in spam or abusive behavior;
• Attempted to evade moderation;
• Posted unlawful or harmful material;
• Infringed the rights of others; or
• Otherwise misused the Forum.

We may take action immediately where we believe it is necessary to protect members, the Forum, or our legal rights.

Where appropriate, members may contact the Forum administration to request a review of a moderation action. A request for review does not guarantee that a ban or other action will be reversed.

When an account is permanently terminated, the user's account data and associated user data will be permanently deleted from our servers, and no such user data will remain on our servers.

By using ELSReplicaForum, you acknowledge that information may be collected, stored, and processed as described in that policy.

You should avoid posting personal information that you do not want publicly available.
