Is Anyone Recreating Glenn Close Hunger Games Look for Halloween?

Hey guys! I know Weapons was last year, but I really wanted to dress up as Aunt Gladys. However, while putting the costume together, it started to creep me out, so I decided to look for a similar character instead.

I recently watched The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping trailer, and I absolutely loved Glenn Close’s yellow coat costume. Now I’m thinking about recreating that look for Halloween.

Is anyone here making a similar costume, or can you recommend someone who could help me recreate the yellow jacket she wears? I’d really appreciate any suggestions!
