Sophie Silva’s 31 Days of Halloween Costume Series
Have you guys been following Sophie Silva’s 31 Days of Halloween? This is her second year doing it, and I honestly have so much respect for her for taking this on again.
I remember last year when she showed her house filled with all the costumes she had prepared, and that really made me realize how much time and effort must go into this. It’s not just putting on a different costume every day. There’s the planning, putting everything together, getting the details right, filming it all, and then doing it again the next day.
And now she’s back with her spine-breaking (IYKYK) costume series. 😂

I thought it would be fun to follow her looks here and also take some inspiration for my own Halloween costume.

For Day 1, she went with a court jester, and I love how she tied the whole look together with the red and black ribbons. The muddy brown bodysuit was such a good choice, and I am honestly obsessed with the red corset. The makeup was spot on too.
It actually reminded me of something I recently rewatched. I went back to Escape the Night with Joey Graceffa, and Season 3 had quite a few clown/jester-type looks. I can honestly say Sophie could have fit right into that season with this costume 😂. That’s how good I thought the whole look was.
If this is how she’s starting Day 1, I’m really curious to see what she has planned for the rest of the month. I’m definitely going to be stealing some inspiration for my own Halloween costume.
What did you guys think of this one?

Day 2 — Lilah Black from Jonah Hex
Okay, I have to admit, Jonah Hex was not exactly a great movie 😂, but Lilah Black’s look? That was a different story. It’s one of those costumes where you don't even need to have watched the movie to appreciate it. The whole Western-meets-glam look is so…
